WHO IS APPLYING

FITTSO Operations, Inc., an Alaska corporation (entity 10355798). Partner API relationships are held and honored by this entity. Contact: zac.s@fittso.app. The consumer app is free, ad-free, and provided by our affiliated nonprofit under licence.

WHAT FITTSO DOES WITH YOUR USERS' DATA

It shows each user their own data, labelled with your name as its source, and computes FITTSO's own score from it. That is the whole use. Your data is an input to FITTSCORE; it is never the product.

FIVE COMMITMENTS

1. Consent first, revocable always. No data is pulled until the user has accepted our policies and authorized your service specifically. They can disconnect in the app at any moment, and it takes effect immediately.
2. Never sold, never advertised against. No sale, rental, brokerage, or aggregated transfer. No advertising or marketing use — there is no setting that could enable it.
3. Never used to train a model. Your data carries a non-null provenance label from the moment it arrives, and training sets are built from an allow-list that excludes it. No user consent unlocks this.
4. Deleted when they leave. Disconnect your service and every record from it is purged within 72 hours. Delete the account and everything is purged after a 30-day grace period.
5. Told within 24 hours. A written incident-response plan with your notice window built into it.
