Data attributions
FITTSO is built on its own computation, but some of the reference data inside it comes from open datasets and from the devices you connect. This page lists them and the terms they carry. The same notices appear in-app wherever that data is shown.
OPEN FOOD FACTS
Product and nutrition reference data in MacroSnap includes data from Open Food Facts, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) v1.0. Any rights in individual contents of the database are licensed under the Database Contents License. Open Food Facts is a collaborative, non-profit project; FITTSO is not affiliated with or endorsed by it. Where FITTSO publishes derived nutrition data built on Open Food Facts, it does so under the same license.
PLACE DATA
Places available for check-in are maintained by FITTSO and its users. Where an open dataset contributes to a place record, its license and attribution are shown alongside that place in the app and will be listed here.
PUBLISHED SOURCES CITED BY THEIA
THEIA answers health questions by citing published literature — peer-reviewed research, professional bodies, and public health agencies. Each answer carries numbered citations to the underlying source. Those sources remain the property of their publishers; FITTSO claims no rights in them.
